    We’ve got answers to your FAQs

    What are your store hours?
    We are open daily from 7 am to 7 pm.
    What are your delivery hours?
    We deliver daily from 7 am to 9 pm. Our last call for delivery runs is 7 pm, and availability may vary depending on how many orders are placed later in the day. To ensure you receive your order on the day that you place it, we suggest placing your order earlier in the day or before 7 pm.
    Do you ship products?
    We don’t ship products, but we have a great selection in-store and have a delivery option.
    How fast do you deliver your products?
    We’ll be on our way in two hops of a kangaroo. Our typical delivery time is approximately 1-2 hours, depending on the distance and availability of drivers.
    Can I pay with a credit card?
    Payment options –We have ATM on-site for cash purchases. We also use Paytender, which allows you to link your account and pay via QR code by going to paytender.com. Finally, we have the option to utilize our Cashless ATM. We will round out the transaction to the nearest $5 and give you the change in cash.
    How do you choose your brands?
    There are a lot of factors that go into how we source our products. Sometimes it’s an intro from the brand; other times, it’s a referral from a customer who vouches for the product. We look for high quality, great pricing, excellent lab results, and great flavor. We always test products before we put them on our shelves. We won’t stock it if it doesn’t pass our standard for quality.

    Do you have a recycling program?
    Not yet, but we hope to find a solution someday.
    Do you have a senior citizen discount?
    Yes! Seniors get a wisdom discount of 10% off every visit.
    Do you have a Veteran discount?
    Of course! Veterans get 10% off their purchases.
    Do you have a first responder discount?
    Sure do. First responders get 15% off their purchases.
    I work in the cannabis industry. Do I get a discount?
    Yup! Take 15% off your visit each time.
    What is your return policy?

    We can not accept any items for return once you have left the dispensary even if they appear to be unopened.

    No exceptions. Please be sure to purchase only what you need and know you want. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Defective products will require original packaging for exchanges and be honored for 30 days from purchase date.
