Down Under Industries New Petaluma Dispensary Now Open
We are proud our new dispensary in Petaluma is now open! It has been a rewarding journey preparing for this moment ever since the City of Petaluma’s 2024 ordinance, and we are proud to be one of three businesses chosen for this pioneer pilot program.
Our dedication to our customers, community, and city is what brought us here, and we are deeply grateful for the opportunity to position our new Petaluma dispensary at 191 Lynch Creek Way off of Redwood Highway!
The Beginning of Down Under Industries Petaluma Dispensary
Our co-founder, Jamie, is a Petaluma native. After meeting her husband, Rod, on a cruise almost 20 years ago, their passion for one another and the cannabis plant sparked the flame that continues to bring love and care to Down Under Industries.
When the City of Petaluma introduced initial cannabis regulations in 2018, the pair got to work planning around the burgeoning market. Just one year later, they opened a boutique cannabis dispensary just outside the city limits of Petaluma, serving as both a retail storefront and a cannabis delivery service to Sonoma and Marin counties.
Petaluma Expands Its Love for Cannabis
After seeing a rising demand for cannabis in Petaluma, the city made the decision to allow three cannabis retail storefronts to open within city limits. Jamie and Rod jumped at this opportunity, expanding their business plan and dedication to providing high-quality cannabis products and services that their customers can trust in an environment that inspires healing.
The competition was fierce, but on December 10, 2024, we were thrilled to learn that Down Under Industries had been selected to open a new cannabis storefront in Petaluma.
Now, it is finally time to cut the ribbon on Down Under Industries new Petaluma dispensary storefront, centrally located near Friedman’s and Petaluma Valley Hospital!

How to Find Down Under Industries’ New Dispensary in Petaluma, CA
Our new dispensary in Petaluma will be located at 191 Lynch Creek Way. We will be centrally located amongst medical offices, near Friedman’s and Petaluma Valley Hospital. This is just a ten-minute drive away from our flagship location, right down North McDowell Boulevard.
We are only a few steps away from the beautiful Luchesi Park and Lynch Creek Trails, perfect havens to explore while you’re in the area. Excitingly, we are also a walk away from delicious eateries like Mary’s Pizza Shack, Simmer Vietnamese Kitchen, and more.
